Fort Lauderdale's Best Waterfront Brunch Spots
Florida's southeast coast is home to the city of Fort Lauderdale. The city has swiftly become a popular tourist destination thanks to its intricate boating canals, cruise port, and stunning beaches. Fort Lauderdale is well known as "the Venice of America" and the "Yacht Capital of the World" and has more than 300 miles of navigable waterways. This city is a boater's paradise thanks to its complex network of rivers, canals, and the intracoastal waterway.
Nearly 250 days of sunshine and an average annual temperature of 74.45°F may be found in Fort Lauderdale. That's not a horrible place to be, in my opinion.
With such amazing weather majority of the year, it makes brunching on the waterfront the best choice for a meal and a view. Here are some of my favorite location on Fort Lauderdale's waterfront for brunch:
1. Shooters Waterfront - 3033 NE 32nd Ave Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308
Shooters Waterfront is a timeless establishment that offers mouthwatering cuisine, breathtaking views of the Intracoastal Waterway, and attentive, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic service. You're sure to find something you'll like about this historic restaurant, whether you take a seat on the stylish waterside veranda and let the breeze cool you while sipping on any wine from the extensive menu, sit down at a table inside the 200-seat dining room to savor one of the chefs masterfully created dishes, or pull up to the 340 foot dock for a post-boating meal. It has never been more delightful to eat New American cuisine with inspirations from seafood!
2. Beach House Pompano - 270 N Pompano Beach Blvd Pompano Beach, FL 33062
Beach House is an American style, beach side restaurant. They provide superb meals with a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere! Beach House Pompano is a getaway to your preferred beach, wherever that beach may be, and is inspired by the memories of carefree vacations spent by the sea.
3. Boatyard - 1555 SE 17th St Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316
Boatyard is a high-end, nautical-chic vibe in a sleek, laid-back setting that embraces the city's yachting culture and has plenty of marina views. The Boatyard's eclectic, seafood-focused cuisine combines the finest raw bar and shellfish selections, premium cuts of meat, and the freshest daily catches from neighborhood fishermen. All dishes are meticulously prepared with locally sourced ingredients and are available for diners to enjoy indoors, outdoors, or dockside. The 80-seat dockside patio area at Boatyard offers a great view of the picturesque Intracoastal and is the ideal place to grab a lunch or some beverages with friends and spend the afternoon watching the boats go by.
4. Kaluz - 3300 E Commercial Blvd Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308
Located on the intercoastal waterway, this restaurant is a free standing architectural, stunning building located on the waterway in Fort Lauderdale. Refined elegance and food delicious! The 200-seat waterfront eatery opened quietly in early 2013 and was immediately popular with Fort Lauderdale's mature and professional crowd. The menu offers fried appetizers, salads, burgers and flatbreads, plus more substantial entrees like seared diver scallops. Try the Salted Carmel Brownie for dessert!
5. Blue Moon Fish Co. - 4405 W Tradewinds Ave Lauderdale by the Sea, FL 33308
Blue Moon Fish Company, which is situated on Fort Lauderdale's lovely Intracoastal Waterway, offers a renowned Sunday brunch in addition to being open every day for lunch and supper. Their broad menu offers delectable seasonal sweets, freshly caught seafood, and a wide selection of old and new vine wines, all of which are served by a waitstaff that is committed to presenting first-rate service. As a scratch kitchen, they are proud to collaborate with the best seafood sellers and farmers in the area and use as many locally produced foods as they can. With the greatest views of the canal, the restaurant is renowned for delivering the most sophisticated seafood specialties.
6. GG's Waterfront - 606 N Ocean Dr Hollywood, FL 33019
Located in the southern end of Fort Lauderdale, GG's offers a unique waterfront eating experience with kind service and delicious meals produced in a kitchen using meats and fish from nearby farms. Seafood from nearby fishmongers and meat from reputable butchers are both available in GG's fresh prep kitchen. Everything, from the sauces to the desserts, is made on-site. Either our sophisticated dining rooms or the dockside patio are great places to eat. From the dock, observe the sunset!
7. S3 Surf Sand Seafood - 505 N Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304

This spectacular coastal enterprise offers the ultimate in oceanfront dining, offering an eclectic choice of indoor/outdoor seating, all while being surrounded by beautiful views of the Atlantic and Fort Lauderdale beach.
